i got my boring mattress which had a 365-day return policy. today was the day i scheduled for this bed to be picked up. two swedish looking guys came, picked it up, asked me to sign something, and my bed was snatched away. it was the smoothest return process ever. when i enacted the same policy back in SF when i moved to austin, my apartment was not eligible for a pickup, so i donated it to someone on FB marketplace instead. it involved helping carry it down two flights of stairs.
